If you’re here, chances are something in life has become difficult to carry alone. You don’t need to have everything figured out before reaching out for help. Whether you’re navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, grief, or the unique challenges of military or first responder life, therapy can provide a place to slow down, make sense of what you’re experiencing, and begin moving toward healing. My goal is to provide evidence-based therapy in an environment where you feel heard, respected, and supported every step of the way.

Get to Know Me
I became a counselor as a result of my own journey with therapy. Prior to becoming a counselor, I served on active duty in the US Army for nearly 8 years, deploying to both Iraq and Afghanistan. Upon my departure from the military, I worked in Corporate America for 6 years. I have a wide array of life experiences, and I believe that this allows me to empathize with my clients in many ways.
